Smart routing (OMS)
Each order ships from the site that has the stock and delivers fastest: ship from store, warehouse, click & collect, e-reservation. Rules per channel, country, margin.
Organised warehouse (WMS)
One or several warehouses, split into zones, aisles, bays and locations. Every SKU has its place, every movement is traced, from receiving dock to dispatch.
Inventories & accurate stock
Cycle counts by zone or by SKU, full inventory, scanner counting, discrepancies detected and adjustments approved: reliable stock, visible everywhere, without closing the warehouse.
Receiving & picking
Supplier receipts with checks, guided put-away, wave or per-order picking, packing and pre-dispatch control.
Warehouse PDA app
Your teams move around with a scanning terminal: receive, put away, transfer, pick, count, everything by scanning the item and the location, without going back to a desk. Runs on Android PDA, Zebra scanners or a smartphone.
Labels with Digipart Print
Product, location, parcel and carrier labels generated as ZPL for your Zebra printers or as PDF for any printer. Customisable templates, printed from the PDA, the till or the warehouse.

Frequently asked questions
Can I keep my current till?
Yes. Orbit connects to Fastmag, Kezia, Hiboutik, Cegid and others. You can also move to Digipart POS, all at once or store by store.
What if a store sells the last item reserved for a web order?
Orbit keeps a safety stock per channel and reserves the item as soon as the order lands. If a conflict still happens, the order is re-routed automatically to the next site.
How many carriers are available?
Over 100 carriers and services in Europe, with the contracts you already negotiated or ours.
Do I need a separate WMS?
No. Orbit's WMS covers zoning, locations, receipts, picking, packing and inventories, for one or several warehouses. For 3PL warehouses, Orbit connects to their WMS by API or EDI.
How do I keep stock accurate?
Every movement is traced per location, and cycle counts are scheduled by zone or by SKU without stopping activity. Discrepancies surface immediately with their cause, and adjustments are approved and logged. Stores included: a store inventory is done by scanner from the till, and in the warehouse with the PDA app.
