What's the difference between an AI tier and a pack?
The AI tier is monthly and renews automatically: built for regular use, with a cheaper credit. A pack is a one-off purchase, valid 12 months, for a peak such as a collection launch.
Are unused credits lost?
Plan credits renew every month. With an AI tier, unused credits roll over to the next month. Pack credits are valid 12 months.
In which order are credits used?
Your plan's first, then your AI tier's, then your packs. You only touch a pack once the rest is gone.
Can I change AI tier mid-month?
Yes, upgrades apply immediately with credits added pro rata. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current month.
Is the photo and video studio limited to Scale?
It is included in Scale. On Start and Grow, the AI Plus tier unlocks 2K and 4K photos, and AI Pro unlocks video.
How is the cost of an action calculated?
Each action has a fixed credit cost, shown before generation in your back office. The grid is the same for every plan and does not depend on the result.
